Where to begin when “magical” doesn’t even begin to describe a day.
When I first met Glenn & Vivi a good few months before their wedding, I knew right away it was going to be special…and a whole load of fun. Beating the odds of chance, this hilariously funny Australian met his gorgeous South African bride abroad. A few months ago, when we did their engagement shoot, i realized just how well life can work out…these two are made for each other. And surrounded by the beauty that is McGregor {seriously, it’s one of the most breath-taking places}, they said yes to forever. In the heat of the day, the celebrations started at the pool, the boys hanging out with whiskeys, happy socks & bow ties & the girls sipping on champers, painting nails & laughing away. After a relaxed, casual ceremony, the cheese cake was cut, their bridal party made me laugh until my sides hurt, shoes were kicked off & the new Mr & Mrs took in their day mingling with guests & breathing in the surrounds of their gorgeous day.
Glenn & Vivi, thank you for being so incredibly relaxed & fun to work with & for coming adventuring with me at sunset. Glenn, I hope that every day from here, you struggle to take your eyes off your beautiful bride. Vivi, I hope every day brings those quiet moments of complete happiness. Mr & Mrs Roberts, I wish you a future of loud laughing and relaxed days full of fun & a lifetime of pausing, blissfully in each others arms.
