Almost engaged? Huh, I hear you say? Well, you read right! When we took these photos of Pierre & Kate (as part of a larger family shoot I did for Pierre’s family while I was in South Africa), Kate had absolutely no idea that THE.VERY.NEXT.DAY, Pierre had a huge surprise lined up for her.
The surprise? Oh, just the most beautiful precious stone specially sourced for her. A specially planned hike up to a beautiful spot in a very special place. A secret flight & a room full of family to welcome her back from her “walk.” Notes written just for her. A big question and a very BIG answer. Seriously, their story is the sweetest ever (that they then shared with their family & friends via a full video of the whole event!!) Ah man, my heart is so happy and excited for these two!
