I jump at the chance of a change of scenery. I enjoy taking up a challenge. But what I love most about styled shoots is that for a whole day, I’m surrounded by creative thinkers and incredibly talented artists {in all forms}. I’ll be shooting Steven & Anke’s wedding out at Leipzig Country House next month, so I couldn’t wait to head out for a visit when Alida contacted me to shoot their latest concept shoot. Her insanely talented sister Izette rallied around the venue, putting tables together with ease and elegance. Carla then rounded the conceptual decor designs off with her immaculate stationary designs…really, her work is so beautiful. With the smell of frosting from the cupackes by Louirettas, the biscuits by SweetCakes & the most beautiful meals constructed by head chef at Leipzig, Tarryn & I spent the day with the Leipzig team shooting these seven gorgeous tables.
